We'd like to give a special shout out to our very own Patrick Culligan who recently completed his 21st year as a volunteer teacher for Junior Achievement of Northeastern New York. He taught a business class to Amy Ferrone’s 2nd grade class at Mechanicville Elementary School for 5 weeks for 1 hour per week. Junior Achievement is dedicated to educating students about issues relating to work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy through the use of experiential, hands-on programs. In partnership with the business and education communities, and through the support of community volunteers, JA brings the real world to students, opening their minds to their potential.
